The sun came out Sunday morning and it was a beautiful day. Not hot like last Friday… not raining like Saturday. A perfect day to sit and watch arrivals… if only there were arrivals. The soaked grounds had closed all of the grass areas to new parking and camping so the arrivals were limited to the few planes headed for exhibitors or other reserved, hard-surface parking. So, with our main source of entertainment shut down, most folks in homebuilt camping turned to drying out their stuff, resting, and preparing for the coming week of predicted nice weather. Me? I took off for the seaplane base!
