Everything is just about set for the rush of arrivals tomorrow and most of the Homebuilt Camping volunteers took two hours off to enjoy some brats, potato salad, coleslaw, and, of course, ears of corn as well as beverages under the Homebuilders Camping Pavilion. The dinner is a thank you for their hard work.
Charlie Becker said a few words then turned it over to EAA CEO Jack Pelton who praised the Homebuilt community and promised more improvements in the Homebuilt Camping area. A commonly heard request is an enclosed shed or other building to secure equipment and Jack agreed that was under consideration.
