It’s true. The cool kids at AirVenture tend to show early, hang around three days, then zoom home. As Cygnet pilot Todd Loes shows us with his photo above, some parts of Air Venture start feeling breezily open by the end of the week.
This is true even when—such as this year—the weather has been nearly exclusively excellent. Just the same, if you can only make the big show for the final weekend, do it. Traffic issues both on the ground and in the air are greatly reduced and we guarantee you won’t have a problem finding a place to park your homebuilt.
