The Homebuilders’ Pavilion hosts a corn roast for homebuilders on Wednesday evenings and it is a free affair full of camaraderie. You get in line, take an ear of corn and pull down the husks, wrap the husks in a paper towel, and then dip the ear into a coffee maker pot filled with butter. Salt, Cajun seasoning, pepper, and other condiments are available to add. Then, eat and get back in line!
Following the corn roast, the night air show started with a demonstration flight of the Open Sky M-02J in the fading daylight, which went off without a hitch. It was a beautiful flight to start the evening’s spectacular event.
