With thunderstorms and possible hail predicted for Wednesday night, AirVenture exhibitors and visitors found a new use for bubble wrap and moving blankets.
Thunderstorms did come in overnight but all was well on Whitman field this morning. It did not hail, but imagine what it would have sounded like to have hail popping bubble wrap.
