One of the much appreciated changes at AirVenture this year is the weekend opening of food services on the field. A long-standing problem for folks flying in, especially if they don’t rent a car, is finding food and drink. In the past, the only food service within a reasonable walk from Homebuilt territory was a Subway stand with a VERY limited menu.
This year? Lots of choices on Saturday and Sunday within our realm! A welcomed change for weary travelers.
